What Sayflare keeps.

This page describes what the site does with what you type. It does not promise services that are not built.

Audit requests

The request form on the home page sends your name, email, business name, website, city, and service to Sayflare. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a script, filled it in. We then send one email to the address you gave, asking you to confirm. Nothing else is sent, and no audit starts, unless you tap that confirmation. After you confirm, Jeff replies by email and a person runs your audit and sends you a link to your report page.

If you never confirm, we delete your details after 48 hours and your email address after 30 days. Confirmed requests are kept for 180 days, then deleted. Our email provider keeps its own record of each email it sends. If the form cannot reach us, it opens a prefilled email in your own mail app instead, and that email reaches the Sayflare mailbox the way any email does.

Public pages and reports

Public marketing pages are intended to be crawlable. Shared report pages and report-result endpoints are marked not to be indexed. Do not put confidential or customer-sensitive information into the request form, and do not share a report link publicly unless you want its contents accessible to anyone with that link.

Report reading time

When a report page is open, Sayflare records how long it stays on screen, the browser type, the network (for example an internet provider) and the country, so we can see which reports were read before following up. No cookie is set and no IP address is stored. Cloudflare keeps these records for three months.

Changes

If the product's data handling changes, this page will be updated to match the implemented behavior.
